Refund policy

Returns within 30 days

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging with any seals intact.

How to request a return

Email luvimeskin@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address before you send the items.

Return shipping and refunds

You are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval and refund the eligible returned products to your original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at luvimeskin@gmail.com with your order number and details so we can help resolve the issue. The unopened-product condition does not prevent you from reporting a defective or incorrect item.
